Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp)

Location: Roseville, CA
Pay: Up to $27/hour
Duration: 3-4 months

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in high-volume AP processing.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
Match invoices to purchase orders and verify approvals.
Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end close and AP reporting.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of accounts payable experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Employment Type: Temporary (3-4 months)
Pay Range: Up to $27/hour
